Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Ingredients
ingredient 1 Salted Butter , Melted : Half cup
ingredient 2 Refined White Sugar : 1/3 Cup
ingredient 3 Brown Sugar :1/2 Cup
ingredient 4 Refined All-purpose Flour : 1 & 1/2 Cup
ingredient 5 Cocoa Powder : 1/4 Cup
ingredient 6 Egg: 1
ingredient 7 Vanilla Extract: 1 Tsp
ingredient 8 Salt: a pinch
ingredient 9: Baking Soda : 1/2 Tsp
ingredient 10: Choco-chips : 1 Cup
ingredient 8 : MnMs to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
(Please Note: This dough requires chilling)
Place melted butter in a bowl. Add the sugar & whisk with wire whisk or electrical whisk. Add egg, vanilla extract and whisk some more.
Step 2
Sift the dry ingredients Flour , Cocoa, Baking Soda & Salt in a bowl .
Step 3
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in two batches . Use a spatula to make a cookie dough.
Step 4
Line baking tray with silicone cookie sheet or baking paper. Grease the sheet lightly with olive oil or butter. Drop the cookie dough balls 2 inch apart with a spoon or icecream scooper onto the baking sheet.
Step 5:
Top the Cookies generously with MnMs & Chocochips dusted with flour. Press the M&Ms and chocolate chips all around the outside of the dough balls. Set the trays to chill in the fridge for half hour.
Step6:
Preheat Oven at 180C for ten minutes. Transfer cookies to the preheated oven & bake for 11 to 15 minutes till edges are golden and tops are not glossy.
Baking Tip: Rotate the trays to switch pans halfway through the baking, to get all the cookies to bake evenly.
Step 7:
Take the cookies out of the oven & leave them to rest on the baking tray for ten minutes to harden.
Step 8:
Transfer to wire rack to cool completely before digging in.
Eating Tip: Cookies go best with a glass of fresh milk.
